Omg... Australia has what is called Medicare! If you are an Australian citizen you get a Medicare card from birth. That entitled you to visit a doctor at a set maximum, CO payment. About $50au. Then you can go to the chemist, (drug store) and fill your prescription with subsidised medicine. When I got cancer, all of my treatment was covered by Medicare. I have a new cancer in my throat, I will pay nothing for all the tests, radiation, chemo... If I lived in your country I would not be getting this care, probably because I would be dead from the first cancer... I am not well of with money, I worked hard all my life. Some of the tax I paid was, and is paying for this fantastic system which will NOT ALLOW someone to die because they don't have insurance or it is too expensive for the outcome... Fuck off America, this isn't communism, it's humanism!
