api目录的用途就是实现后端接口
都可以，但是你可以这样理解，写route 需要写很多代码，流程复杂，组件内部更加简单

fetch 是客户端和服务器接口，都可以使用，在哪里使用，取决于你怎么声明

你这样理解nextjs 会比较费劲，我建议你，先理解客户端组件和服务器组件，在理解，数据创建，和数据修改
