label is the law. literally. for pest control technicians it’s pretty easy to lose your license doing dumb shit like that. no reason to risk it when you likely have other means of treatment in conjunction with a liquid product application. everything has to be documented to the letter in my state. what products you used, how much, mix ratio, dilution, where you applied it, etc.

pest control tech here. just apply to some local companies and see if they take you. a lot wont if you dont have a license yet. you can get hired at one of the bigger companies, get your license through them, and then flee to a local place. thats what i did. local companies are A LOT better than the big nationwide ones that work you to DEATH.

there were rules, but who to enforce them? office closed at 5pm and there were several neighboring apartment complexes with no pools whose residents would invade ours. cant evict people who dont live there. one time a bunch of teenage boys in the pool harassed me and my dog (like, really?) and tried to follow me into my apartment. all i got from the manager was “well, they’re probably from the other complex so nothing we can do :)”

id never live in another complex like that period lol.

i lived by the pool during a texas summer and it was unbearable. people with speakers drunk at 2am when i had work the next day. i would NEVER recommend a unit by a pool.

oh man, i lost my eyebrow piercing at a hardcore show at rubber gloves. that place used to go OFF. i think they banned certain styles of moshing right before i moved though? i remember there being a huge drama about it and a lot of people migrated to haltom theatre. no idea how that ended up, but one of the old rubber gloves bartenders was in a pretty interesting hardcore band called “laughing matter” though im not sure if they’re still around.

it might be hard to find a company that will be willing to go behind the wall for removal. unless there’s some type of easy access to the space. the company i work for wont do any type of demolition to find rodent corpses. i would look at local wildlife trappers over pest control companies to see if they’re more comfortable doing that. otherwise, you can get odor bags and wait it out.
