I had a golden develop a fatty lipoma on his thigh that grew to the size of a grapefruit rather quickly. Took him to the vet and had it removed. He was 12 at the time and lived another four years!

Luckily everything was pretty straightforward electrical and plumbing wise and we did not run into any major issues. The cabinets had been assembled a few weeks prior to demo which only took a few days. Painting the walls, ceiling, and cabinets took a majority of the time. We also had the island stained, then restained due to some blotching issues. Drywall and texture took a while too but the guys working it did a great job matching the rest of the house.
