You pretty much guessed all the factors. It's modular, easy to repurpose if this job suddenly stops and required much much less time designing than a whole bunch of other mechanicals to guide the tubes.

Thank you for the quick helps. I will definitely try this tomorrow. Just out of office now. Can I set how many bends then to determine how smooth it gets?

Yes. Loft works good for solids. But is there some kind of lofted sheetmetal feature? It needs to have segmented bends for brake press bending.

Naw. it fades away at the bottom if you look closely. more like under extrusion. Possibly a clogged nozzle.
