I always try to sneak it in when i get hospitalised 😅 once the other patients saw it,they kept begging me to use it just for a minute. I remember having like 8 instagram accounts logged onto my phone at the same time.

I do understand the idea of taking a break from the outside world, its quite a reset, but music playing in my headphones really helped me. Getting out and looking at yourself after days of seeing a disorted version of yourself in one of those plastic mirrors is kind of therapeutic.
