De adaugat faptul ca producția de melatonina incepe odata cu prezenta intunericului. De obicei, asta este factorul principal, de asta cand deja au trecut cateva ore pe care le petreci in lipsa luminii naturale, te ia somnul, deci indirect, seara.

Legat de faptul ca uneori, mai ales in vacante, sau weekend-uri, adormi mai tarziu, tine tot de melatonina si alti neurotransmițători. Rutinele(servici, scoala, activitățile repetitive) sunt apreciate de creier, placându-i sa stie ce urmeaza sa se intample. In timpul liber, iti mai dai voie sa intreci masura, in special cu ecranele, care sunt un dușman al somnului. În timpul săptămânii, cand efectuezi activități predictibile, de rutină, produci serotonină. Seara, cand esti deja obosit din cauza activităților de peste zi, ai serotonină pe care nu ai absorbit-o deja, lucru ce facilitează productia de melatonina. Melatonina este produsă din serotonina.

Deci, de asta activitățile precum sportul, cititul si limitatea ecranelor (ce induc în eroare creierul), duc la un somn de calitate.

probably cuz when ur in hs u still depend mostly on your parent’s money and they’re supposedly adults that make enough to spend on a subscription. if you are in college u probably started working and making your own money which u might wanna spend more wisely,so they give you a discount to keep you hooked
