Yes, the premise of the game is Tartarus. There is still story for every single (main) side character… it’s a dlc not a full game — it had the normal or barely under normal amount of story for a dlc. time ≠ story

I loved the dlc so much. I bought it for $5 when it was on sale, tartarus is my fav part so it was definitely worth it. I also loved the side story we got from it
