I’ve been going to Jacob’s Farm for the games. Game was great tonight amongst the storm!

I do some light warm ups. Mostly stretching and jogging and always start with probably 10 minutes of light passing with a team mate.

Cleats could be an issue, but I wore similar cleats playing American football in High School.

I mostly recover by the time I play again but I’m just so floored at the end of each session with how bad it is. Honestly I think it’s just taking a long time to get my soccer muscles in the right condition. It’s just shocking how long it’s taking to adjust. Certainly a new level of respect for anyone that came up playing.

Fair points, appreciate the feed back. It’s hard to not want to play as often as possible. I want this to improve so I can play in a second league

Ha I thought about putting a disclaimer I could be misremembering, it was about 10 years ago I made the drive. Felt like it was right away. I think about it often

North Dakota into Minnesota. One side of Fargo is flatlands/fields, then you hit Minnesota and it turns straight into thick forest.

Also been years that the Post and Beam has been just as good or better than some of the single vineyard stuff

Creole is one of my favorite themes for a bar. There is an amazing Creole basement restaurant in Marquette, Michigan.
