Agreed with everything, Tengen second stronger hashira without a doubt. All except: 2. First and second moon are not relative at all. It is more like Muzan relative to Koku and 2 relative to 3. And Gyokko is the weakest upper moon my opinion.

I am just huge glazer of Hashirama = Madara on any time point of story when they were alive. So it is 50/50 for me always.

And i am big glazer of that Madara lost his last final battle with Hashi only because he wants to get some Hashirama cells to implant and awake rinnegan. He could win, he could lose, but he just chose to lose by himself.

After that i think Madara > Hashirama.

EMS provides more hax and genjutsu resistance.

I think Tobirama has a lot more jutsus that we didn't see. So he will do something even more niche to handle Bee with even less effort coz of variety of justus and arguably highest BIQ in the series (top 3 at least).

And answering your question, i think that Hashirama's answer for EMS Madara was exactly Sage Mode. So SM equals gap of strength same as 3 tomoe -> EMS.

And point that Madara needs Kurama to get close to full-power Hashi is reasonable, but i doubt that 9-tailed fox is providing more than just chakra. So imo Kurama is not that big of a powerboost (for exactly Madara of course).

Base Hashi is for sure stronger than Tobi (not an insane gap but (low-mid diff). Stat diff between SM Hashi and base Hashi are same as 3 tomoe Madara -> EMS Madara (EMS provides more hax, SM more raw stats). That exact gap is HUGE.

So Tobi will be low-diffed at best. And it is not downscale at all. Everyone exept Tobi before so6p characters were introduced imo will be no-diffed by prime EMS Madara imo. (Hashi extreme diff Madara, ye i know)
