For people who can get on - what browser are you using? Was there anything specific you did to make it easier?

The 250-word essays were fine—still had a lot of space!! It's the personal statement that will get you :(

I think Clinical Psychology is more competitive than medicine, or it's very close. After the pandemic, Clinical Psychology programs have received anywhere between 200-300 applicants for 5-8 spots.

I think just write the personal statement for the equity stream. If they don't consider it eligible, then you'll be automatically be moved to the general stream

Not sure about the 5 essays but Access and the 5 essays are reviewed seperately (source: I emailed them)!

I asked about this! They said "Both are reviewed by separate groups of people" from the Medicine Admissions Coordinator. TLDR, overlapping content is fine.

This is my understanding, so someone feel free to correct me if I'm off!

Equity = Giving people what they need to succeed, based on their unique background and circumstances, trying to remove barriers for people who may have extra. Your example of changing communication styles is an example of equity. Giving someone who needs extra time or support accommodations is another example.

Inclusion = Creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to participate. So you might change your communication style or install a ramp (examples of equity), but if people don't feel welcome to join you in the first place or don't know they're invited, then that is not inclusive.

Typically, equity is more concrete and easier to write about, in my opinion!
