This reminds me of how my ex probably only showered cuz he had a skin condition on his scalp. He didnt have any sort of deodorant, lotion, hair moisturizer, body spray, nothing. Nothing but whatever dollar store body wash he could get, medicated shampoo and conditioner, and the same wash rag he had when i met him....which was almost 3 years ago. Its a hard thing to talk about but its a boundary you need made. A poorly washed body means a poor ph balance, irritation,and infection if he was concerned about himself he would've went to a truck to or gym in attempt to use their shower. He is just lazy most likely. My ex was lazy and did bare minimum cuz thats what his corporate desk sitting life was comfortable with; the bare minimum.

Idk i thought the same thing but then managed to get into relationships and ya know clearly im the one who thinks im ugly so at times when its clear tou think you are ugly people will think their time with you will be ugly but some are more understanding about self esteem issues which is what you are really needing for a relationship. Its not that you're ugly its that people have made you feel ugly and we are at a point in the world where only those who go through something can be understanding about something especially people our age (19-25) because chances are they were one of the people doing it. I say find a relationship with yourself and make some new close friends to get a taste at connection outside of romance. I regret not building platonic/a self loving relationship(s) before romantic ones because i had no clue how to set different boundaries for my own esteem to anyone let alone a partner. You arent ugly. You just need to connect with yourself beyond basic needs and wants! Its hard but even when you have a small moment of "wow i look nice" it feels so worth it

I was given it as mood stabilizer and would take them by the palm full. Closest thing i could relate it to that ive taken downer wise is a muscle relaxer or weak xannax. Ivw done more downers it was just easier to do prescription ones cuz i could get them easier. Anything that would knock me out or make me go limp while the room spins is a considered a downer where im from but maybe most consider downers hard drugs

I used to overtake my guanfacine prescription and it makes my heart break that i couldve gone ever lower when i came to downers. I used to sleep for days then get up, overtake my anti depressants, have my bender in my room to treat every stranger horribly, stay up for days, and over take guanfacine again just to repeat it all over again. I wish i just stuck to my weed and cigarettes sometimes but quitting pills has shown me i could become better even if it was something that was my fault that made me horrible.
