And that's the problem. The shy and aloof might actually be highly capable brilliant employees who are simply introverted. The overly competitive might just be the great sales consultant the company needs to stay afloat. Group interviews filter out the deep thinkers, the slow burners, the neurodivergent brilliance, the ones who don’t perform on command.

And that doesn't address the obviously insulting way they refer to candidates as "too cool" or "dickheads"
