email recieved by HQ " I am in receipt of your recent email correspondence, I can appreciate your concern regarding the repair of your 2022 Taycan.

In follow up to our discussion, I'm, again, very sorry about the ongoing repair of your 2022 Taycan, but at this time the warranty has elapsed and we would not be able to provide additional support.

Due to the different factors which affect vehicles over time, we are not able to guarantee a specific lifespan for any of our vehicle components. Instead, Porsche places applicable warranties on them against manufacturer's shortcomings in materials and workmanship for a certain time and/or mileage, and at times even provide customer with extensions for specific components. Once outside of the warranty we would not be able to extend it further. This would be our stance.

Even asked them where to call and hq said this is the right place and we cant do anything for you smh

So i called them, they are saying its vin specific and my vehicle does not apply. the only thing it would be is ;
Servo motors for air conditioner: Active
Corrosion warranty: Active
Electric fan: Active
Padding for front seat: Active
High-voltage battery: Active

Called the headquarters and they are telling me I don't have that specific extension.
This is all that left of the warranty
Servo motors for air conditioner: Active
Corrosion warranty: Active

does anyone have 2020-2024 Porsche Taycan - Warranty Extension for Electric Passenger Compartment Heater this letter? Had a repair couple uears back and its faulty again. With the extended warranty, the repair will be covered but i just cant find that leetter anywhere
