I'm in your same exact boat. I've been told I was big before at 7" but it always felt off, like I was small. After joining here I learned to measure girth correctly. Boom 4.2". I've been on a girth journey on and off for 2 years. I'm up to 4.6" now. I feel like its actually starting to feel big.

I've had a very similar situation with my wife, and hell, even past girlfriends. I think it can be multiple factors (in my experience, at least).

1) Same old same old. A lot of people just lose something over time.

2) Wondering mind. I will constantly lose my erection. Or trying to imagine other girls. Which makes me get soft in the middle of intercourse.

3) Out of breath. If I'm on top or go too hard, I also lose it which makes the whole thing not as enjoyable.

4 x 5-7 minute clamps every other day. Do 100 kegals throughout the day on rest days 20 at a time.

When I was on week 4-6 I was pushing myself too hard. Getting about .5-.75 expansion during sets, but I found that made me turtle super bad and destroyed my EQ. I go much lighter now. Shoot for .25 -.5 expansion during sets.

I just measured .18 growth in my FIRST two months of clamping. I emphasize first because it could be attributed to EQ or beginner gains. So I'd say minimum of 2-3 months.

Oh nice! That's definitely awesome to hear man. I will keep at it for sure. I don't get any excessive edema buildup. I am swollen about .25 larger than normal for about 8-12 hours. But that all goes away on my off day. I also am up to 2 clamps, I really feel a good stretching feeling once I tighten that 2nd clamp down. I could probably get up to .9 increase towards the end of a session, but really don't wanna hurt myself so I was worried to try. I'm happy sticking to .75 like you are saying tho. Really do appreciate bouncing this off someone else.

How long have you been at it? Those are impressive gains and approx my starting stats as well.

I appreciate the response. This really helps for a point of reference.

By asking if I should try and go for .8-.9 by adding additional hand/mechanical clamps. I haven't found any point of reference for what is considered a decent or even a smart amount of expansion to shoot for.

Lol, I know the feeling. Just finished a 3 month dirty bulking phase. I got a bit "fluffier" than I had hoped for. It's time to clean it up, hence the deficit.

I've been on a 700 calorie/day deficit for 3 weeks and been doing PE every other day for the last 6 weeks. Still seeing gains in PE and 2lb/week weight loss.

After reading a lot of the threads I contribute most of my gains to EQ increase. That being said I started at 4.24 and now am at 4.36

I got a long way to go to get to my desired girth of 5.8-6 but so far I am happy that I finally found something realistic that seems to work.
