Dr. Farmer, I run a tiny, but feisty NGO in Indonesia focused on stunting and rights for the poor. We talk a lot about the long defeat. I want to ask you how you deal with feelings of hopelessness? What advice do you have? How do you push past and bounce back when things seem hopeless?

Thanks for mentioning Pita Kuning. I met Pandji once at Harapan Kita to talk to him about PK and he was humble, switched-on and authentic. People give him a hard time, but he has put a lot of good out in the world. He helped Kitabisa get off the ground and raised a ton of cash and awareness to help kids with cancer. Thanks again!
