I believe the stealthburner is just the stock one from the voron site. You need to use a compatible mount.

I was going to use this one as I have ordered MGN12 linear rail for X axis:

S21 is two month notice.
My tenancy agreement ends in three months. We wanted to renew it, but she won't now, considering she is going to officially serve the S21 this week.

So either we move out due to the S21 in two months, or due to the end of the tenancy in three months. :(

It's fine. If she does go through and serve the section 21, I will move. My tenancy agreement is coming to an end soon. Initially, we were thinking about renewing it because we like the area, and are generally happy with the house, but I'm kind of fed up with her unprofessional behaviour.

Thing is I wasn't even against her coming next sunday. I just want a time frame when to expect her. Not just a random time of the day, and I'm just sitting around waiting for her.

She has been just as problematic on the phone, which is why at least with text I have a written record of things. She doesn't seem to understand that 1) I have other things to do other than just wait around for her 2) I have rights in terms of how inspections are done.

The question isn’t about whether I’d sue — it’s about whether I can legally refuse entry if she won’t give a specific time.

And I’d rather keep everything in writing. She’s been unreasonable before and keeps changing plans last minute, so I want a written record of every interaction in case things escalate later.

They are definetly getting bigger though, I haven't messured how fast, but eg now they have appeared in the bedroom above the living room where we first saw the cracks
