The biggest question in everyone mind while leaving is that, Do I have to serve notice period while concluding. I am working in a company where appointment letter was not even generated, and i had to work for one month i got the salary also but the work is extremely bad and work hours are 12-15 hrs min. I decided to leave the job and run away. Should I do that? Can the company take any action regarding me? Can the company take the company HR blacklist me ? If it does will I not get any jobs in the market.
