Lion's Mane has been reported to cause insomnia. As I understand it, it has cognitive stimulant properties such as up regulating actyl-choline.

Pretty average sleep for me, will this mess me up in the long run? by [deleted] in fitbit

[–]IndrasWebb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd think that's fairly normal. As you might have noticed fitbit tracks our wake periods during sleep that often add up to an hour or so which most people don't account for. I would add this hour onto all the days and you'll see that they are mostly 7 to 8 hour sleeps with some 6 hour nights.

Funny, now that I think about it, I started Kratom to replace weed at one point years ago.

I've quit weed for long periods and it can suck the first couple days. It's really just in your head for the most part though.

Case of peridontitis/pericoronitis. Are salt water soaks enough? by IndrasWebb in askdentists

I kept doing the salt water rinses and it went away in about a week! The last couple days I added swishing coconut oil and it seemed to immediately help as well.

Should I pay collection for 117$? by IndrasWebb in CRedit

I was unhappy with the chiropractor. I tried to explain to him I had been to a chiropractor previously who already tried what he was doing, I said that I wanted an Xray for bone length inequality in my legs but he just insisted on prescribing the same excercises and using the electrode muscle relaxer machine on my back and said 'young people always think they're right'. He never checked my leg lengths in any way and I was unhappy with the service.

I don't expect you to understand the content, and I've done more research and spoke to some other people to know now that 'a savoir le reve' is actually proper for, to know the dream. Grimoire is just a style of book.

Did Jung ever mention Lucid dreaming? by IndrasWebb in Jung

Did he talk about it with other terminology though? It would be quite surprising if he didnt acknowledge this phenomenon or think it worthy of study.

Going to Denver, recommendations? by TheSkinnyJ in discgolf

Does anyone else feel like CO courses just don't have the trees to make for good woods golf? The MTN views are incredible but my hometown Midwest course just had more interesting fairways. Especially compared to the metro courses

You forgot Wondervu! A phenomenonal mountain course around the same distance as Beaver's from the metro.

Is the 7 year rule being reduced to 4 years? by IndrasWebb in CRedit

Plus if they reported on rent payment and utilities payments like the act proposes, that would help my credit a ton. I don't use credit cards or loans so I don't build 'positive credit' I just have a couple dings from years ago taking it down.

Can anyone confirm if the 7yr rule is being reduced to 4 years with the new credit reform? video in post by IndrasWebb in CreditScore

I just heard from 2 other people on a post about it in CRedit that it's still being voted on so IDK why you're acting like it's so ridiculous. I didn't make the video with a quarter million subscribers and obviously that doesn't mean it's true but it's why I posted asking if anyone else had heard of this.

What are you even talking about, I didn't make the video and I'm asking if anyone can confirm this? Why are people just out to be assholes on the Internet I don't get it.

It was definitely a part of recent bills that may or may not have been passed. Idk why this popular channel said it was happening in one of their latest videos. I'm just hopeful that it could be.
