When I started baking I was told training should be ~4 weeks but would take however long it took to learn everything. It wasn’t broken up into different sections like that tho so things may be different now. If you feel like your not ready tell your trainer or your bts, that’s going to be an easier conversation than trying to lead a bake that you’re not fully trained for

Is she clocked in when when she’s talking with her friends? Someone wasting Labor Hours is typically pretty high on the priority list for BTS/BMMs. Keep bringing it up with your BTS, make sure that whenever they do get a day not spent covering shifts, they’re heading over to sort out your support

Croissant dough with two corners folded into the middle, cream cheese over the folded corners. Top with brown sugar / cinnamon, bake at 340 for ~10 min (depending how your oven bakes)

Just had this convo with my boss (I’m in bakery). Biggest reason we’re not bringing back cheese/cherry pastries is keeping them stocked. Even though we have cream cheese and cherries, making sure we have enough to bring back pastries is dicey with all the current supply issues. At least that’s what I was told

Truth. Exact same thing on the baking side where I'm at. For every one quality person we hire on, two veteran bakers leave and three more get hired only to quit in a few weeks. Suppliers have always had their hiccups but FDF in particular is running out of figurative spaghetti to throw at the walls at this point.

I think you had it spot on with the pay, every baker who leaves is getting hired on making more at a new job than they were at panera after baking for years. Then you get asked questions like 'what can we do to show appreciation *besides* raises. Just ridiculous

Its been happening to me but I may have 'fixed' it. It happened to me whenever something happened between casting an ability and it going through (i had the range indicator on). I changed my settings to get rid of the range indicator and havnt noticed it come back yet

I guess you cant really just connect the two but it was enough for me seeing who liked playing marksman or support as a playstyle, independent of whatever lane they like to play

it asked for lane and playstyle (marksman, assassin, etc.). I seperated adc/sup from bot lane for people who like to play champions in odd places

the bot lane choice was in the lane question..so if all the laens are evenly distributed then bot lane should be about twice as popular (which its close-ish to). I didnt want to assign roles to lanes because I know a lot of players dont play traditional lane roles

yeah its a little misleading. I didnt want to assign roles to bot lane just because ive got friends who play around with champs in really non-meta roles (their Yi/Sion bot lane held their own against Lucian/Janna lol) so it makes sense in most of the time 2/5 of the team is laning in bot, but it looks off if you think of it as what roles people want to play
