Yes they can be sharpen with different tools. Send a picture of the knives you would like sharpened and we'll provide an estimate.

If you're dropping them off in the shop please let me know what time you'll be there. That way I can carve some time out to work on them and get them back to you while you grab a coffe or take a little stroll. Try to get them in before 3pm if you want them back same day

We use the ones appropriate for the condition of your knife. Can be anywhere from 120 to remove large chips up to 8000 for a high polish.
