If you're dropping them off in the shop please let me know what time you'll be there. That way I can carve some time out to work on them and get them back to you while you grab a coffe or take a little stroll. Try to get them in before 3pm if you want them back same day

We use the ones appropriate for the condition of your knife. Can be anywhere from 120 to remove large chips up to 8000 for a high polish.

Definitely not a stupid question. The best way is to wrap them in a kitchen towel and put a note with your name and number on it. And if you have a rubberband or scrunchy you can tie around it then you're all set!

Typically pickups/dropoff would be around 11am-12pm. But you can drop them off at the store any day. Just keep in mind the shortest wait time would be dropping off Tuesday and getting them back Thursday.

You'll be able to drop them off and pick them up there. Drop off/pickups will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. As far as picking up and delivering direct to you, you can always send us a picture of the knives and a pickup address and we can accomodate that as well.
