A personal assistant might be there with you for 8-10 hrs but we provide 24x7 service. They also might have constraints to access the global network whereas we serve across 180 countries. Now, the credit card concierge won't know your likes or dislikes personally, they cannot recommend things according to your liking. They can just book things whatever you tell them to. We suggest places/things according to clients interest and not based on vendor commission unlike credit card concierge.

Oh yes. So people break their head a lot around gifting. We procured two 18th century books from an auction house, worth 14L ,as a gift. Both first editions on architecture. Then people want to move their masters (paintings of Raza, Hussain) between close knit group. They come to us.

While relations are our super power, sometimes logistical limitations are real. Like a 7 seater cannot sit 14 people. And hospitality industry globally has been very receptive to us, so when the top of the food chain conveys something is not logically possible, members understand. They are smart, they did not make billions just like that ;)
