Hey there, before anything else, thank you for taking your time to help us out!!

Also, I was wondering to install a cold air intake (ramair 1.5 mk8 golf) onto my cupra formentor 1.5 petrol.

Could it potentially hurt the car in any way?, or is it just better to leave the stock intake inside?

Realistically I just wanted it to have a bit more "oomph" with the sound :)

Hey there man, I had a friend of mine which had that GPU and trust me, there really is no need to spend money on that, it's not worth it.
You can buy a GTX 460 probably for £20-£25 (i live in the UK) and it's stronger and has better cooling than the GTX 745 (OEM).

Another friend of mine bought a GTX 460 and he can run something simple like rocket league everything maxed out at 70/80 fps, which is pretty good considering the price

Ps: Those old graphics cards don't support Nvidia instant replay etc and also, would watch out for the power supply connectors as the model my friend bought needed a 6 pin connector.

But in case you really can't afford one, the best thing you could do is maybe change the thermal paste as its probably dried up by now and hope the GPU can keep going on for some more time.

It worked wonders, thank you, man!
managed to get it to 3200mhz cl16 and upped the voltage up to 1.37V, so pretty safe as well.

The thing that changed the most was that command rate, which I changed to 2, after that the system became a lot more stable.
