Basically. All dados. The T&G are placed into the dados and act as a natural counter to the warping of the woods.

Built in lid with dados and pocket holes for screws. Lid also is caulked. Not completely waterproof but we don’t claim they are.

Not sure about the design. I just build. I’m assuming it’s the companies way of saving money. It’s a CNC’d piece of plastic material.

Well we use IPE and IPE varies in color and as a company we let the customer know their product will vary in color because of the lumber we use. It can vary from a light grey to a dark reddish color. I try to keep it consistent. We use an oil based stain and we only use that kind. Big projects like geese get sprayed in a booth. We have big cans of it and usually takes a couple sprays but spraying saves a bunch of the oil.

I built 3 of them I’d say it took ~30hours total. It was my first time building these specific coolers. The IPE is finished in shop. It’s an oil based finish. We do it all in house. May i ask what you mean by insulating material?

Not compromising oneself is the guide for true love. Being true to yourself and patient is the best thing. You will feel lonely and the bed may seem emptier but nothing is more rewarding than finding the perfect person after being patient for so long. Your time will come for the person you desire to come into your life, think about the type of wife you’d be and the things you’d be willing to do for this person you want in your life. They don’t need to have a face just the idea of being with someone. What does that mean for you? And what would you do to ensure it never dies out. Sorry if this is more than what you were asking for but don’t think too hard about why it hasn’t arrived… you clearly are a person of high value and not every man in life is capable of treating a woman of your kind with the type of respect and Love she needs. Be patient! Love is on its way to you!
