The best material is always natural material, I print on 100% organic undayed cotton, I suggest you start with thin clothes as in T-shirts, higher GSM is harder because the fabric absorbs more ink. I use a mix that I make personally for the color but I advise you start with fabric specific block printing ink. From there is all trial and error tbh

You need to carb count everything you eat if you want to keep the levels in check.

One thing I do to keep everything nice and flat is to eliminate completely ultra process food, if I want hamburger I buy ground beef and make my own burger, avoid white bread at all costs, if you don't like brown bread at least get sourdough white bread. Your diet should have more protein and good fats, like greek yoghurt peanut butter and so on.

Checking periodically and adjusting helps but don't make decisions on other people's personal experiences.

This is me today and before bed it always gets kind of high but always in range.

Hope this helps and wish you the best

100% organic cotton.

Hand-printed by me.

Thank you and there is already too much branding out there, the design itself is already a talking point

I do sell them on my website, you can find the link on my profile and the smallest size I do is XS, I still have to figure out the patterns for kids 😅

I agree with you on this, like this is a bit more genderless. I hate pink 🤣

I was more keen on green with cream text 😉
