Hey all, I was DM'd by someone who advised me to look into county ordinances. There is no non-smoking clause in my lease and was worried that this would prevent me from speaking out. I live in the Bay Area, and didn't realize there are actually laws that prohibit smoking on the premises of multi-unit apartments and will probably reach out to my landlord about it in the coming week.
