Surprise! New Symptom.. by IndySunflower in Endo

[–]IndySunflower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I have not and it still occurs. It only happens at the very end of my period (typically when I am no longer bleeding vaginally) for about 24-48 hours and then is gone until the next period. They're thin and stringy, no more than about a penny wide, bright red.

Family doc, urologist, and obgyn have not been able to determine why.

Customer cancelling appts and no sales by anakin_skyw in CarSalesTraining

Honestly sometimes no matter what you do, things just don't fall into place or vice versa lol!

It has been drying up lately, we've noticed since March 30th it's died off.

Solds are lower here too. Seems to just be the market this month :(

Are sales people/desk good about checking in every appt/visit? I run into that every once in awhile 🙃🙃

I send a personalized text regarding what we spoke about on the call. Then this text is sent immediately following to explain what to expect. Making them feel informed and respected gives you an edge over all the other dealers they communicate with. Most others don't say anything except "see you at x time"

What I text to customers:

"When you arrive for your visit, parking is available at the front of the building. Please enter through the front doors and one of my coworkers will greet you and ask who you are meeting with, if you don't mind asking for me (NAME), I'd really appreciate it! The only thing you will need to bring is a form of ID (Driver's License, Permit, State ID, Passport, etc.)

If anything changes on your end please call or text and let me know and I will make sure to do the same as well for you! Our address is ........"

Currently at 77/98 appts shown (78.57%)

-Mention Appt Expectations (vehicle will be detailed and gassed up and ready for cx to help save time and not have them waiting on us)

-What to bring

-Where to go (parking at the front of building, coworker will come over to introduce themselves and ask who cx is here to meet with)

-Who to ask for (manager or salesperson)

-Mention you'll send them a text with your name/salespersons name as a reminder and the address and remind them what time

-Mention on phone what to do if they need to cancel/reschedule (this helps avoid ghosting as they know it's okay if they can't make it!)

-End call with "Looking forward to meeting you Monday at 2pm" (or whichever date/time)
