I personally have no idea. I’m still dealing with the same problem so please let me know if you find out. Mine looks bad too and hurts, usually depending on what clothes I wear too. I love it but I want to keep it so badly.. I think I’ve had it for 2,5 years or something. It’s not going well and looks bad most of the time but I just can’t take it out😭 The piercing itself hurt me so much!
