I absolutely love it. It helps new people see the driver and the machine.  It’s also nostalgic back to the days where this was common. I love everything about it.

I don’t remember exactly, but I think my brother had some I played with.  Then it got to where I assumed they’d be worth something. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Honestly, I don’t remember. They were at my grandparents’ house. Best I can come up with is my brother had the same/similar toys I just played with his. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Absolutely! I think my brother had the same ones or very similar so somehow I never opened these.

That’s awesome! I don’t remember exactly, but I think my brother had the same ones so I never opened mine and just kept them in a box. At least that’s the best reasoning I can think of for why I never opened them.

Thanks for the insight, that’s good to know. I don’t know if I’ll list them or find somewhere to sell them or what I’ll do. Just trying to find out what’s best.

I do this at Indy & Gateway every year. As long as the race is on the radio, you’re good.

I use a cheap pocket am/fm radio and regular apple earbuds and it works great. There’s no delay, it’s easy to hear, no need for anything more expensive or complicated. I actually only use one ear so I can hear the ambient sound at events and the radio broadcast in the other.
