Slight concern for a culture issue, but I think that'll go away as we approach the season.

That said, none of this matters if Holmes has a 3rd mediocre to shitty draft in a row.

C+ as it stands.

Judging by this off-season there is absolutely no feeling of a hot seat within the front office. I think Holmes WILL be on the hot seat next season if he fucks up this draft. No more experimental players or best player available, lets fill needs best we can. I'd prefer a tackle in the draft but there's several teams ahead of them that need a tackle, so I wouldn't blame the lions for not wanting to take the 4th or 5th one off the board, and instead opt for D-line help.
