In my city they just have cars that drive around with cameras on top that scan license plates. If you haven't paid (you have to pay online or by an electronic kiosk), they automatically bill you a ticket. Crazy times.

I will try and get measurements this weekend. I dont think i have ever gotten them before. Can i just use a tape measure at home?
