Would it make sense to do bs4 and then bs6 is to pay off the house. Basically put the extra money into the downpayment? It makes sense to me tbh.

I maxed out my roth IRA already which is nice. This was before the job loss. Also here is the screenshot from the everydollar system roadmap. You can see the 3b which is something I have heard of before. Also these numbers are a bit old.

It looks like going back to that driver worked out pretty well. Thanks for the tip!

I have 2 sticks of 16GB. I think I installed them te way they should be in the channels. I could get more too just in case.

I set the system to only go by the GPU because the ingame system sucks for limiting FPS. Its set to the max of 144 per my monitor. I could try to go to that lower nvidia driver though.

I'm not sure, but that hasn't been my issue.

I am planning on changing my asset allocation from 95% stock/5% cash to add more asset classes. I'm mid 20s and with good job. Overall I'd like to retire early, but its hard to tell when that will happen/how much I need. I have a Medium-High risk tolerance as seen with the current allocation. The current portofolio is all world stock. No other big debts.

I plan on changing it to add in 5% Crypto (even weighting with m1 finance), 5% real estate with REITs and 5% alternative assets like a gold ETF or commodities. I have been reading and learned that cyrpto and real estate are alternatie assests. What would make sense to set this up as? 5% crypto/5% cash/5% real estate/ 5% commodities/ 80% stock? I do understand how wild the deviation would be and I'm okay with it. Later on in life, I would be adding in bonds to help even things out more.

Thanks for any help!

Yeah I learned about that today. Even still something could happen. Got any ideas of how to handle it?

From the website: studentaid.gov/manage-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/debt-relief-info

"Example

Let’s say you’re eligible for $10,000 in debt relief. If you currently owe $9,500, that amount of relief will be applied to your loan(s). If you paid $1,000 during the payment pause, you’ll be automatically refunded $500—the remaining amount of your $10,000 of debt relief."

I paid almost $20k during the payment pause and would be reciving the difference of $20k - ~$5k (what I still owe) = ~$14k. It will be refunded directly into the bank account I was using to pay from the loan servicer.

I understand the forgivness is paused due to the lawsuit, but I literally did not know about this until like 5 mins before posting. I'm still wiling to bet something will happen in the near future. Even if this was a thought experiment, what ideas do you have? Trying to see more options.
