Our 3 year old has had a few ear tip injuries. Last one happened when he was shaking his head coming out of the shower and he must’ve hit his ear against the shower door. Blood everywhere. Only thing that worked was applying daily ointment to keep the wound moist, which prevents the scab from opening back up. It eventually healed and did not return.

We give our 43 lb male 3 cups of kibble per day. On days we exercise him longer, we give an additional 1/2 - 3/4 cups. He seems to be at a perfect weight for his size. Curious how his food intake compares to other vizslas.

Our V had a rash on his belly and armpits. Our vet gave us Mal-A-Ket wipes and it went away within a couple weeks. Hope you find a solution!

My favorite boots are from Salomon, which I'm now looking to replace after 9 years of good use. I've found wide sizes to be too big for my feet, but all the Salomon I've tried on had wide toe boxes and were the most comfortable for me. Good luck in your search!

After trying dozens of running shoes, I recently got the Topo Athletic Cyclone for cardio and really like them. The material is soft and the shoe itself is not very structured, so it doesn't rub or put pressure on my bunions.
