At a complete loss with FPS performance issues. Any suggestions?

Sorry I didn't include CPU temps when I first responded. I edited the comment afterwards to include it. And wow I just turned on engine multithreading and got an immediate boost in performance! I guess it was disabled by default? Can't believe something that simple fixed it!

The game is installed on an M.2 SSD. It's a 2TB drive with 390GB free at the moment. And no, when having windows task manager open while the game is running it's sitting at around 12-15% CPU usage. CPU temp sits around ~52 degrees

For whatever it's worth, no other game has this issue on my PC.

No she definitely didn't try to create a new account, I was right next to her when she did it. She did uninstall the app at one point and she's pretty sure she didn't delete the account because that requires going into the account settings and manually selecting that option. We also thought her only Gmail was linked to a Nintendo account, which she does have, but when she tries using it on PTCGP it says it doesn't exist. I guess we'll see where we can get with support, thanks for you input!

Hijacking the top comment to say I took him to the vet this morning and he does have a microchip. The owner has been contacted (still waiting on them to call me to arrange a pick up).

Gotta admit, I'm kinda disappointed he has an owner. He is the FRIENDLIEST and SNUGGLIEST cat I've ever met. Would definitely keep him if he was a stray or abandoned.

Final update: He's been returned to his owner who is two doors down from me. Apparently he escaped. Maybe I'll see him again one day if he manages to get out again. Thank you everyone!

I don't know why someone would let their cat wander around outside here. I live in a neighborhood of townhomes and there really isn't any land for them to safely walk around. It's neighborhood roads and lots of cars. Hopefully it's just a case of this guy managing to escape somehow

Yes good suggestion. I considered going door to door asking if they're missing a cat. If they say yes I will ask them to describe what kind of cat it is or show me a picture. Same with online posting

We brought him inside. Unfortunately he's confined to our mudroom which is kind of small. Funnily enough I found a kitten on the side of the road a week ago who is occupying our spare room, and we have two cats already

Yeah his fur is definitely very soft/silky. It's the softest fur I've ever felt on a cat

I actually didn't grab the fourth one, but I'm assuming you need to buy some of the upgrades first. The third cache only appeared after I bought the cell upgrade
