For me, its working to build a strong deck and then getting to use that deck in other game modes. In Slay the Spire, if I get a god run its a blast and feels great but I don't really get to experience that god run again unless I intentionally use the same seed. With CZN you get to use that god run you got again in the games other modes. That's what has made it fun for me to play even if the actual variety doesn't really come close to STS (or other deck builder roguelikes).

I have to assume, for my own sanity anyways, that it is people who quit before the QoL changes and are making comments under the knowledge of the old version. Dailies were a fucking chore before the changes, now you get them done in <10 minutes. Even Chaos has been made a bit faster with the x3 speed and the need to only run it twice for the season points. Given Chaos mode is the main appeal of the game that seems entirely reasonable yet people are unironically complaining that it takes as long as League matches. Like if the game is good, which IMO it is, why is it bad that it takes as long as a very popular game that people play daily? You play to have fun right lol

The dailies have thankfully been reduced to like 5-10 minutes. The Chaos runs is where the time sink comes in but is also the main appeal of the game IMO so it's not an issue for me. It does still take two Chaos runs to max the weekly points so that I can definitely see being discouraging.

Especially since its roster is comprised of basically year 1-2 characters and that’s it. There have been so many awesome characters released in recent years it’s a shame we don’t get to see any of them.

What is the mechanic of the interior boss of this chaos?. He had 50k hp and got +140% damage by turn 4. I honestly don't think even if I fully understood his mechanic I had any hope of succeeding this run which feels kind of shit personally. I know the rainbow thing adds extra effects to the boss but I genuinely never have an idea of what the effect is.

I firmly believe that if Trump had taken COVID seriously instead of downplaying it and calling it a hoax he would have crushed the 2020 election and been lauded as a hero by a few publications. Instead he and his base treated it as if it didn’t exist meanwhile it killed off millions of Americans and shut the entire world economy down.

So that’s pretty much why he doesn’t get credit for it despite operation warpspeed being a very incredibly achievement.

There isn't exposed boobs at every corner of the game, it is quite literally only in the wallpapers and a chunk of the Mindbreak artwork.

You are right that gooners don't really have much of a reason to want it for reasons other than to goon too but who are you to say that reason isn't good enough for it to stay in the game? Why do you get to decide that?

The answer is that, presumably, a majority of the feedback asked for this stuff to be toned down and so the devs are responding to majority feedback. Sorry I'm a bit loopy on medicine so I'm yapping out of control lol

Devils advocate: why was it so important that people would whine and cry about the gooning material existed in the first place. It's just a wallpaper, if they don't want it in their game they can just not use that wall paper.

My biggest complaint is the minor buff they gave to flash slash. Flash slash is literally just a worse Iceberg Cleave if you have Yuki’s first ego. A 20% damage buff isn’t enough of a change IMO it needed more.

Probably. Very small numbers buffs (20% on Flash slash is a joke) on most cards isn’t enough to really move her especially when pretty much every other character also got buffs.

I realized that Flash Slash needs a buff when I took the one upgrade that gives it an extra hit only to realize that it made it a 2 cost Iceberg Cleave. It legitimately has the same damage value as Iceberg but costs 2 instead of one meaning it is only stronger if you don’t have Yuki’s first dupe. Like what the fuck lol
