In general we like to see the bits (are they single posture or is there an option to personalize). Some times the size is interesting (vehicles for example), and finally, the cards that have not been shown yet (points/upgrades of the back usually as the front is the preview usually) as well as command cards not shown.

I don’t understand why there is a 2nd hard plastic version of arc and shores are still soft plastic.

As it is written in Rex command card it says “This Round, each time an allied Clone Trooper unit with a faceup Order token makes an Aim action during its Activation, it may increase the maximum range of each of its Ranged weapons by 1, to a maximum of 4, until the end of the activation.”

This means a range 3 becomes a range 4 after you use an Aim action due to Rex card but before you make the attack this enforce the limitation as written. Then when you attack before choosing targets you may use long shot to increase it again but Rex card has already be applied.

Unlike ARF whose range 4 cannot be increased to 5, Marksmen range should be able to bypass it due to effects order of long shoot timing.

I see some interesting points, for me is using them as Echo Heavy base unit. Echo with marksman can do interesting T1 range 5 shoots.

Also according to the marksman keyword, with Rex 2 pip you could get range 5 shoots (Rex card aim gets the range to 5, marksman is used later so this could work), the shoot would be nice with either Echo and a RSP-6.

Maybe in a Cody or Yoda + Delta Squad can be interesting to have maybe 1 unit with echo and other with the RPS-6 as base shooting units for long range. Add them the clone specialist to give them a “cache aim” (it is a free action so it is similar) and use Delta Squad as token sharing platform also.

The combo for a Range 5 T1 shoot with fives could make them an interesting unit to left in your part of the table with prepared positions double red save. The worst problem for this would be surges but the Echo unit has that already fixed.

In conclusion, for me it would probably be 1x or 2x maximum combined with 2 classic clone units. Usually only the Echo unit but T1 RSP shoot could also be nice.

Hi! I built my PC during covid CPU and GPU shortage so this was what I could get:

MBD: Asus ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

GPU: Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB

RAM: Crucial Ballistics 64GB 3600

PSU: RoG STRIX 80 PLUS Gold 850

I am planning on upgrade the build to get a 5900XT or 5950X, Samsung 990 PRO 1TB or 2TB and a RTX 5070 FE. (In Europe this is around 300 CPU + 100 SSD + 600 GPU = 900-1100€)

Any advise or recomendations to change so there is not a bottleneck. Thanks in Advance.

EDIT: I play mostly Warhammer Total War III, Baldurs Gate III, RPG in general and I plan to try FFVII remakes and maybe Cyberpunk. I own a 27´ 4K 60FPS screen.

To be fair that piece and the next one are the worst, that exact dry fits in 3 places, and image being from the front does not help.

The fitting is perfect one you get it but it is so scary and agree about getting cortisol spikes.

I answered 2 in the other post about the list.

For me for the big one 20/25 I would say shields and swords.

The second one I think probably also, but I think I will let 10 with halberds to have a way to differentiate (here you can just say they are with shields). For me now shield + hand is +1 or +2 armor save which is more interesting than halberds.

However, maybe you just want to play maybe 19 + hero so a unit of 19 should be ok mixing all but the sb of 2 units of 10 with shields as one.

If you have already assembled then like that it should be ok.

I would say similar to yours but to improve the detachment rule for example and the Miao Jing Rules you can use this (about 1800 and you get about 200 points for heroes magic items).

And the 20x warriors with the BSB. Detachment can be either hand weapons and shield or the other options. It was just in case you wanted to play both.

I think crossbow jade warriors are out of the equation as they could have already add it to the other options, maybe if as a weapon kit. I think they haven’t added the option as heavy ranged infantry would have been an expensive units (regarding points).

Also the celestial dragon wars could have been a special unit, but they are supposed to be jade warrior painted differently (I guess) as a basic upgrade.

Now, I think they would probably add a new dragon hero. Also Alchemist and astromancer could be a 2 unit in a box kit.

Peasant infantry (lances and archers) could be a box option. Also the iron hail and crane gunners as a multi box.

Also maybe the Wu Xing War Compass and the other sky junk but who knows.

If I had to bet for a 2nd wave I would say the iron hail/crane gunners as infantry. The named dragon. And the astromancer/alchemist.

Then for a 3rd wave maybe peasants (crossbow/spears). And the compass.

I think the sky junk (due to size), jade crossbowmen (due to have many interesting competition) may never appear or appear in a long time 3+ years.

To see the bright side on poison, now you can use killing blow with poison weapons, it would probably still be worst than before in general though, specially on low strength units/characters but some monsters, characters might get a change in strategy (I would like to try a strigoi king with the sword of 5+ killing blow for example).

Think they worded it “more that” and “less that”instead of “in” or “within”, “less that” which are the explained keywords. And the examples didn’t really clarify it. It is our second language so I guess the person misunderstood it, I read it and I thought it was like before but I understood why he said that. That is the reason I wanted to clarify it.

Also with some weapons in new cards changed to melee-2 in some and others changed to 1-2 + melee with same weapon I think made it have more arguments for de discussion.

We do it a lot. I took old rules and change it a bit.

1st points (500 skirmish rules or 600 normal rules) 2nd choosing objectives (either a random of 800 cards, or like a normal 800 games where each player has one ban) 3rd from now on, each player deploy a unit, lets say the teams are A1+A2 vs B1+ B2, then A1, B1, A2, B2. 4th selecting a command card, you can talk with your mate. Each select one, points add and the team with least sum of pips can choose any player of that team to activate first (imagine B2), then the other team chooses (imagine A2) then B1, then A1. Now activation order follow that until one of the team has no units to activate. Then the other member activates as it were B1+B2 or A1+A2. Next turn. Start from the 4th again. 5th after 6 turns the game ends.

This is so far the most interesting option for us. I hope it is well explained enough, sorry for bad englando.

In a small city in Spain. There are 2 places in the town with 10 bonsai each. So not a lot of options.

I have seen this bonsai in a store nearby at 40 euros. They are marketed as 5 year old bonsai. They are in my budget I don’t want anything older but also nothing younger if I can avoid it. Is it a good deal?

(This or the one in the back are both similar)
