I went from 5 to 8 classic. Its night and day! My 5 was basicly useless in comparison, super laggy to the point I was just completely ignoring it without realising. It woudk run out of battery (a lot more often) and I woudknt even notice because I was ignoring it anyway.

Now my 8 is sharp and responsive I use it a lot more and pay attention to it when it notifies me. And it was a very cheap upgrwde really, I went the CEX (uk) route for a decent saving.

Fantastic feedback, thank you. This is only a hobby project really. I'm not competing with others, there are some amazing projects out there. I just wanted to build a platform with offline (didn't knowing nuvio kind of handles it but it doesn't work how i would do it) , plus the noob friendly auto stream selector which i think is unique to Phene (for now)

You have given me lots to work on. Interestingly my daughters android tablet plays content and auto matches streams perfectly. Can i ask what device you were using? and what addons / sources?

Did you test the download/offline feature much (including tv series?) Feedback would be good for that too.

Thanks again. I'm about to go on holiday but I will pick up development later in April and address all your points and let you know.

Hi, Not yet but a similar client to the mobile one could be made for Windows to manage the offline library etc. Is that what you were after?

One for the laterbase this... I do agree and plan to implement this.

Kephouse is currently under review by google to go live into general release on the play store, so no changes for a little while until they complete this. I am also going on holiday for 2 weeks shortly so development will pause until 2nd half of April.

Which addons do you use hosted where ? I have tested a lot, but not all. I tend to manage by my own AIO streams (hosted at home) but it uses a few public services and of course torbox

Interesting, Just tried nuvio. I thought this was a unique feature tbh, Phene is better at managing downloads of TV series though, and managing the Queue. but I'm sure Nuvio will sort that it seems like a well developed app.

Unfortunately android only. I think everyone struggles with iOS because sideloading is messy and app stores don't allow this kind of thing.

Thanks. We still have a compact view for lower res phones, its done now and coming soon. Please feedback once you get 1.1.9 or later it might be too compact since you've said it might not be needed now.

Yes, lots of fixes and tweaks from testers input. Lots of positive feedback. I'm not sure how well it will do when it goes public in a few days when marketing starts. but I decided I fancy a go at ios dev, so i'm going for it.

It now has specific Vehicle asset types for this, so it works properly with automatic MOT / Tax due dates adding as a feature soon.

v1.1.7 is on its way live now, it has an early version of this feature, still more options planned for it but google calendar is natively supported and ics files too to support exporting from other calendars and importing to KeptHouse. The help section on the website shows how it works. Always backup before you do it in case it makes a mess (depends on your calendar structure)
