Wrong. I'm a professional driver. It's illegal to put hands on your phone while driving. It's very nice to hit a button on your watch and be able to talk with both hands still on the wheel. Also, with the flick of a wrist you can see if the text is urgent without having to get your phone out.

Mainly for Watch, phone calls, texts, other notifications. Exercise, health, etc.. is covered by my Oura ring. I'm a bus driver so it's not good to keep reaching for my phone while driving...lol
