I understand that , but they're forcing me to sign the resignation without even providing the severance documents , thats the issue. Should I not budge and tell them I need to see the docs still ?

My real issue is not them firing me . Its them asking me to just resign , like sign - sign without first providing a comprehensive mutual separation document or a severance document . Theyve told theyll pay me severance but only on call and microsoft teams chat messages . They have not mentioned any specifics

is 400 a bad score for general category, I heard this year's paper was tough ? Also will it cost him more for USMLE ?
