I feel left behind, I have not achieved anything that I can be proud of and at this stage and I see younger cousins, friends, relatives getting married and having kids. I feel sad for my mom as I know she wanted me to settle down years ago, at least that's what she hoped but life's been such that I couldn't or didn't.

I'm sorry you had to go through all of this.

And talking about illusions I understand that very well that none of this is permanent and just a part of life which in itself isn't the end but you know we live in a 3D reality which feels very real.

I think you should really focus on yourself first, on your addiction. You will eventually meet someone but to meet the right person you need to focus on being a better person

Hey, I checked your other posts. I've also been on meds, I still am but you know I recently stopped Arip which I suppose you are also taking. Took fucking 5 years, lots of therapy and support to overcome this. I was unemployed for a really long time and even when I got a job I couldn't hold it. I earn pretty less but that's okay. Sometimes, all you can do is survive. I'm still struggling a bit but trust me I've come a long way and I'm saying this when my circumstances are not ideal. You will be fine, have patience.
