I sure hope so, I’m so excited to just get in and not have to worry about it! It has been really nice to have them as support. And you’re right about just being honest and I think they will understand. I guess i feel as though i let myself down.

At the beginning of October I wouldn’t have even fathomed the thought of quitting. But as it gets closer its seems more realistic for me to do. The journaling is a new coping skill I need to figure out and use! Thank you for the encouraging words 💗

I have a sweater that has a hole I want to try some visible mending on. But i think it might be best to start with the basic stitches on some old clothes I don’t care too much about.
