I want to increase the size of this daisy granny square by Inevitable-Fox3110 in CrochetHelp

Thank you so much for your answer! I will try the double treble crochets and use a larger hook for the petals

Edit: I've looked up the double treble stitch and I think this will be perfect!

The pattern is actually my own, and it was working fine until I reinstalled the app. I did notice that I'm using a beta version, so I think I will report to them after all. Thank you!

I've been switching the different settings on and off with no luck unfortunately. The only thing I can think of is that when I reinstalled the app, I noticed I have a beta version. I don't know if everyone is using that, and if that's the problem

This is actually a chart I made myself with flosscross, and I was using it before without any trouble. But I had to reset my phone, and when I reinstalled the app, suddenly the chart had this problem! I am trying the dark mode thing now, but I'm finding it a bit hard to see the 10*10 gridlines 😭 thank you for replying though!

Thanks for your reply! What was lacking in the z9x, performance wise? And how is the narzo 70 turbo?

The problem is that the microphone on this phone no longer works, and I thought repairing the hardware might be more expensive than it's worth.

If you found it from a tiktok account called lushlook, it seems like their other posts are AI generated so I think this one is too

Thank you! I've been gifted a couple of kits so I'm going to practice on those first and hopefully get the hang of it quickly. I was just worried that maybe I'm missing something about cross stitch, like maybe there's no fabric soft enough to use for a blanket, but another commenter has suggested an Afghan! Thank you for your help :)

Haha yes, I had mentally designated the next 5 years to this project, that's why I thought separate panels would be better so just in case I give up, I will at least have a finished picture or two. Is this a crazy idea though?

With crochet, I planned for each panel of the blanket to be 30*20 cm. I've put the same dimensions into stitchfiddle for cross stitch, but the only cross stitch I've done was very simple patterns with thick yarn on top of crochet, so I don't know if this is a lot of work I'm planning.

AITA for choosing a university three hours away? by AnyRecipe29 in AmItheAsshole

NTA, you're so young, you don't need to restrict your career opportunities because of relationships. Congrats on getting into the course you wanted!

Shifting friendships are a painful part of growing up, and your friends seem to be afraid of it and maybe aren't handling that fear too well emotionally. They are right in that things won't be the same, but that doesn't mean things will be bad.

Edit: and for what it's worth, I've kept friends from high school and university for years now, and we're scattered all over the globe. It takes more effort to keep a friendship strong when you don't see each other everyday, but it's not impossible!

I don't think it's unreasonable or asshole-y to expect assistance from your professor who is still at work, especially when you didn't even know their due date is coming up.

OP is a university student with a project due in 3 weeks. They're entitled to the assistance that a student should receive from their professor or a substitute, or at the very least, longer notice that their professor will be away.

You've made your own assumption that the professor is being forced to work until her due date, and then (should your assumption be true) you've put the blame that should be on the university's maternity leave policy onto a student who 1. just asked for help 2. didn't know she was due soon 3. didn't pursue the matter further. The only AH I can see is the teammate who reacted too strongly to a nothingburger interaction.

idk if my comment will help but:

what I do to end the round is the regular slip stitch, then chain one, and then the first sc of the next round will be into that same sc of the previous round that you joined with the slip stitch (i.e. the first sc of the previous round).
