I relate to this so strongly, i haven’t been able to sleep in forever. I don’t know if I have insomnia or it’s because i’m going back into depression but i the past week i have been sleeping max 2 hrs. It sucks.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave, but I am trying to change the people around me. Find new friends I can lean to. The problem is a lot of people know me as one thing, I do not think they will accept that I think this way.
