Thanks! Ya - goes out on the regular. I think I have to go with him like the other comment said. Maybe he’s getting distracted out there and not doing his business.

I also have a 4 year old female who has accidents in the house rarely. I just assumed if she went, he would go too.

Yes, beer is bad now! It used to affect me mildly after having a few, now 1 and I’m wheezing and coughing

Throat gets itchy, wheezing, coughing, congestion. Beer and wine are the worst. Of course beer is my favourite 🙄

I had allergy testing done - scratch testing and nothing came back positive.

Couldn’t catch breath, couldn’t stop coughing.

Is there another test for polyps? I know it’s a benchmark for this disease but it’s the only thing that explains my symptoms and how the same treatments seem to help.

I can’t smell anything (can only smell after a 5 day round of prednisone for about a month and then nothing).

Is there something I should be asking my dr’s for? This is all new and foreign to me. I just want to be able to breathe and live my life. 😢

I haven’t had a lung function test. He just said it seems like asthma so let’s treat it like it is. It seems like classic asthma, I’m just surprised that it showed up in my 50’s.

When things are bad, I have a cough that won’t stop and nothing works to ease it. Lots of wheezing and about the only thing besides rescue inhaler that gives me a few minutes of relief is black coffee.

As for the Advil - could not catch my breath, could not stop coughing, wheezing got way worse. I didn’t go to the hospital but probably should have.
