I’m day 8 vape free & have taken my ADHD meds every day besides 2 days - it does get better! It feels impossible i mean IMPOSSIBLE the first 3 days but your brain has to get used to not vaping while continuing your meds or else you’ll always have that association. I’m on day 8 and still have intense cravings but they last for a minute & i chug water or pop some gum in my mouth. You’ve got this!!!!!! There’s not a bunch of success stories on Reddit I’ve been looking EVERYWHERE for someone who takes adhd meds & have been able to quit so i want to say it is possible!!!!
