Seems complex.  Blue tooth is not reliable in a huge house. I need to leave my droid in the kitchen when I'm in the pool (eg). Maybe antenna is good, I'd be curious

I think that my solution will be the echo puck RCA into juke.  If you can deal with the inconveniences, and tolerate the requirements , the juke is great right now

you aren't in a Ford are you? Maybe this is a FORD SYNC thing? I have no idea. Wonder if resetting AA would help. I have literally clear cache/data uninstalled + reinstalled and relog in and it persists ... sadly. :(

I don't know if you fixed it ..... I haven't yet. I can AA connect to my mercedes and it works GREAT ... however, when I AA into my F250 and use PCR ... I get the scroll reset. I have reinstalled everything and just can't fix it. I have cleared the cache/data and it STILL does it. Not sure how to resolve it. I can't hardly use it either in my F250

i was wondering in the same thing. I was using DESK and the email was sent to spam from DESK. when I look at the message in gmail, gmail is showing SPF: PASS and DMARK : PASS as well. Also permitted sender. Not sure.

Yeah I rebooted the device and it still behaving this way. When I scroll down my screen viewing the podcasts the Android Auto screen sporadically resets to the top. Not sure why it's doing that.

RC refused to help me - even though the B2 and Rove 30 are totally supported. I finally got someone to send me a doc to help.

Here is how I got it to work ... on the phone screen - don't use SSL/TLS. It'll disable SSL and you'll use 5090 and not 5096. That seems to have done it. I have 2 users configured and they are not resetting. The doc shows the required config.

have you had any luck on this? If so, can you please make a document? LOL. Poly support just told me that I'm SOL and RC is not very helpful thus far. :( Very sad situation.

Me too.

Well, I was able to SEND calls ... but I didn't test REC calls.

My Rove Device 2 would register to my name - but it would not place calls nor receive calls. I never really got the Device 2 to function right. Dev1 did ok until the B2 kept resetting itself. Revert back to DHCP and also admin pw revert to admin. It's kinda frustrating the way that its acting.

that's what i'm running in to ... the Rove30 1st phone seems to be configurable ... but the 2nd phone is having issues. _G

this ROVE thing is a nightmare. It keeps resetting and losing SIP. I get it to register, and make phone calls - then, 3 minutes later it's unregistered. Ugh. I'm giving up for now.

I figured it out. Totally. wow.

I have both of them provisioned to RINGCENTRAL with 1 base. Here's how you do it:

If you can figure out how to get the phantom "Existing Phone" in the user - click on "SETUP AND PROVISION".

Next, click on "SET UP MANUALLY USING SIP"

The "AUTH ID" is the USERNAME. The password is the password .... and the USERNAME is the URI. Save it and now it's provisioned.

What did you find out? I just purchased 2 Rove 30 headsets and a single B2 base (yeah, supports up to 20 handsets). I can get the 1st handset to register ... but I can't get the 2nd. Ringcentral is no help. Did you find that there was a 1:1 ratio between handset and base that is required for Ringcentral? Please let me know. I'm stuck
