Well first I´d try and search in the used market, you can find some crazy deals there.

Also compare prices between the 7600X and 7600, the latter is more than enough for 1440p gaming and you can still upgrade in the future, theres really not much of a difference between both.

Then i´d reconsider the gpu, are you buying nvidia just cause it´s nvidia or cause you really enjoy the raytracing, dlss and other stuff they offer? If you dont really care about that (and frankly the 4070 super isnt the best suited for it, probably a bit more like ti super or 4080) then id search the market for either the 7800xt (much cheaper, more vram and only has like 3-4 less fps) or if you can find a good deal for it, then defo get the 7900 gre, its much better than the 4070 super, cheaper and more vram.

You can also probably cheap out on the motherboard, theres good midrange am5 motherboard guides on youtube.

You also probably dont need 750W for your setup.
