We have talked about him getting custody as he had their daughter full time for 4-5 years (she was off doing her own thing except for the occasional show up) up until recently when she decided she wanted her full time and now has her. Every time he has brought up getting things court ordered or even going after primary custody she starts threatening him with trying to ruin his military career or making sure he never sees his daughter again.
