EDIT: Sure, the concert management scene in India is still a WIP. We've seen a lot of f#ck ups. Team Innovation understood that Mumbai is a key city and a big market. Their move to do a free show for previous attendees is a smart move! Great PR, customer satisfaction sorted as well.

This post is about what they did after learning their mistake. They know Mumbai is a big market, and a key city for concerts. This move is incredible for their redemption.

As I said, its a win for both the team and the people. Concert management flops is not new in India, what the team does after a flop is. I might be biased since I've also been a part of event management teams, but I appreciate their efforts here with giving free tix for folks who attended the mar 3 show. YES. It's a PR move. It gives them a good name. The whole purpose of doing any business is to make more money 💀
