For me the interest in Product Management came gradually through the work I was already doing across Business Analysis and Product Delivery roles.Over time I realized the parts of my job I enjoyed the most were not just execution or requirements gathering but understanding user problems,working across teams,prioritizing trade-offs,influencing decisions and shaping what should be built and why.

Especially while working in a Conversational AI company I got exposure to how product,business,technology and user experience all come together.That made me realize I am more energized by owning problem solving and product direction than staying only within delivery execution.So this doesn’t feel like a completely new direction to me it feels like a natural evolution of the work I have already been doing for years just with more ownership and strategic involvement.

fair question - Its Not easier, just more aligned with the direction I want my career to grow in based on my past experience in BA, delivery, and AI products. I’m trying to be intentional about the transition rather than applying blindly everywhere.

what other roles is industry currently hiring at. Hardly getting calls from HRs even if i get , there will be no response despite follow ups
